Fee Structure For General Maintenance and Handyman Work

£25 + VAT - For the first half hour
£12.5 + VAT - For every additional half hour

Book a Handyman for a Day  as heard on with Van & Tools

£185 + VAT - full day (08:30 - 16:30)

Set Prices For Gas and Plumbing (with Landlord Gas Safety Certificate)

£45 + VAT - Gas Safe Registered, Landlord Gas Safety Certificate includes Boiler and Hob
£190 + VAT - Part P Electrical Certificate
£55.5 + VAT - Plumber Rates Per Hour
£95 + VAT - Gas Works Rate Per Hour

• Prices are labour only, cost of materials will be added
• Some plumbing and electrical jobs may have higher rates

• We give free, written estimates for larger projects
• NO call out fee! (8:30 - 17:30)

24 Hour Emergency Callout Rates

£90 + VAT to attend and make safe (1/2 hour), £60 + VAT per 1/2 hour there after
